Established in 2021, Maryada Ramanna was founded by a passionate chef with over 10 years of experience working in top kitchens across India and abroad. His journey through diverse cuisines and cultures ignited a dream — to bring authentic, soulful, and flavorful dishes to everyone who loves real food. That’s how Maryada Ramanna was born — a place where tradition meets innovation, and every meal is made with heart.

Our Journey

We began our culinary story in Hyderabad and have grown into two vibrant branches that celebrate the joy of good food and family dining:

The Iconic Butta Biryani

The original Butta Biryani was first introduced by Maryada Ramanna. More than just a biryani, it’s a royal feast in a single bowl, layered with Chicken Dum Piece, Chicken Fry, Mutton, Prawns, and a Golden Fried Egg. All cooked in a traditional earthen pot (Butta) that seals in the rich aroma and authentic flavors of Hyderabad.

During Karthika Masam, we created a special Veg Butta Biryani — with the same care, flavors, and richness as the classic version. Every bite delivers the same hearty, aromatic, and flavorful experience, bringing joy to all our vegetarian guests who crave a satisfying, traditional meal.
